How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand with a bar across your shoulders.
  2. With your feet flat on the floor, lift your feet up and forward as if you are performing a calf raise.
  3. Then “rock” back onto your ankles so your toes are flexed and off the floor.
  4. Return to starting position.

Use a controlled range of motion and a load you can manage. Stop if a movement causes pain. Ask a qualified coach for help with unfamiliar exercises.
